Yes, the panels are 100% Okoume throughout, including the face and back veneers which are single-piece.
What type of glue is used for waterproof testing?
We use 100% Dynea WBP waterproof glue, which successfully passes the 72-hour boil test.
How are the veneers dried during production?
All veneers are machine dried using proper steam dryers rather than just hot presses to ensure optimal moisture content.
What are the available thicknesses and ply counts?
We produce thicknesses from 2mm to 40mm. For example: 4mm (3ply), 6mm (5ply), 12mm (9ply), and 18mm (13ply).
What is the surface finish quality?
The panels undergo a final sanding with 400 grit for both the face and back to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.
